ADMISSION PROCEDURE     

The School Admission Form can be filled out online on the School website. The admission Form for 2025-26 will be launched soon.

 

Create a User Name and Password for log in.

To fill out the School Admission Form, follow these steps:

• Log In: Access the form by logging into the designated portal.

• Fill Out the Form: Ensure every detail is accurately filled in. Any discrepancies or an incomplete form will call for rejection of the candidate’s admission.

• Save as Draft: The form will be saved as a draft automatically, allowing you to make changes if needed.

• Submit: Once you have completed filling out the form, click the SUBMIT Button to finalize your application. This will lead to payment gateway, where you need to deposit Rs. 500/- towards initiating the procedure of admission.

• Acknowledgement: Once the amount is deposited, you’ll get an online acknowledgement on the portal, which will also include your Application Form Number. This number is important for any future references or follow-up.

The students will participate in a selection procedure as intimated by the school.

The school will publish the list of selected students for admission on the School Notice Board, along with the date and time to meet the Principal and complete the admission process at the school office.

You are required to furnish the following documents for verification:

•  Copy of Birth Certificate of student Birth certificate of only the following types, with the name of the child as entered in the application form will be accepted

  • Birth certificate from the Municipality / Notified Area Council / Office of the Birth and Deaths / PT II order in case of Defense Personnel.

  • Baptismal Certificate in case of Christians.

  • Affidavits/horoscopes are not acceptable.

  • The ORIGINAL Birth certificate must be produced at the time of the admission.

  • This date of birth cannot be subsequently altered.

• Copy of Aadhar of student and parents

• Copy of Caste Certificate (if applicable)

• Copy of Report Card/ Mark Sheet of student (if applicable)​

Once admission procedure is complete and admission amount is deposited, no refund can be claimed under any circumstance.
 

Download or upload of Application Form or participation in the Admission Procedure does not vest any right for admission. The principal’s decision stands final with regard to admission.
